    Full Planning

    $3000.00

    Let us assist you every step of the way. From finding the perfect venue, deciding where to allocate the budget and sourcing and booking vendors that suit you and your needs. We’ll not only save you money, but we’ll also save your time (and sanity). We include setup of décor on wedding day (saving you money again), but we’re there with you at rehearsal and wedding day to ease your mind and make sure you, your families and friends can truly enjoy themselves.

    Partial Planning

    $2250.00

    This package is for couples who have done most of the planning, sourcing and bookings but need help booking a few more vendors and sorting out those details, that you don’t even know where to start. Most couples need help when it comes to décor- nailing down an over-all design and sourcing décor. In addition, bartenders and Djs/musicians can be another challenge. We also include setup of décor on wedding day, rehearsal and of course day of coordination.

    Coordination Package

    More commonly known as “day of coordination” – $1700

    You’ve done all the planning, booked all your vendors and have a clear vision of how you want your day to flow. But instead of you and your families coordinating the day, leave that up to us, so you can relax and truly be present at your wedding. We start weeks in advance, tying up loose ends, smoothing out those details and assisting in creating the perfect timeline. We also include rehearsal assistance, setup of décor and discounts on our rental inventory.

    Designer Package

    Let us assist you in creating the look you’ve always envisioned. We start with creating design boards and getting a real feel on likes and dislikes, from there we create a mock-up (the best part) and you can leave all the boring -sourcing and bookings to us. We then come in on wedding day and put it all together.

    Set-up & Take-Down

    Starting at $250.00

    It’s crunch time – You want to enjoy the morning of your wedding and get ready without the added stress of decorating. Let us handle it, we have a….natural touch for this sort of thing. Whether it’s just your ceremony, or both ceremony and reception we can handle it – we can even do the take-down.

    Ceremony Assistance

    Let us assist in creating the perfect flow for your ceremony. We will ease not only your minds, you’re your wedding parties, parents, grandparents or whoever you have that’s involved in the “walking down the aisle”. Our expert tips and advice on how to get more from your ceremony; including on how to carry yourself down the aisle, how/where to stand, getting those perfect photo opportunities and more. We are there for rehearsal AND actual ceremony.
